I highly recommend Claire for practical help with anxiety. I needed help following multiple close bereavements. Claire used a technique called Energy Tapping. I can honestly say I feel calmer now than I can remember and equipped to deal with potential stresses in the future. Claire has an excellent manner, instantly making you feel at ease. She really understood what had happened to me and what I needed to move forward. Thank you Claire!

I have had several tapping sessions with Claire and I have found her to be very caring, understanding and sensitive to my needs. I had a few family issues to deal with and Claire was patient while I offloaded, and was able to 'read between the lines' when I was having trouble finding the words I needed to use whilst tapping. A highly professional therapist and I highly recommend her.

Claire has helped me to go through a very dark and scary patch of my life. I was struggling to deal with day to day tasks, constant anxiety, stress at work, relationship issues, depression and life in general; feeling lost, defeated, worthless, scared and helpless.. Claire was very professional and created a very comfortable and safe atmosphere where I was able to open up, relax, learn, grow and eventually change my life around 180 degrees and get a fresh and more mindful perspective in life. I am still on my journey and will always be extremely grateful to all what Claire taught me. I would highly recommend Claire, a professional, knowledgeable, warm, soothing, lovely, caring person and expert in her field. Thank you for all your help!
